You know if you’re not; there’s a lack of cohesiveness and authenticity. Something feels off.
You may feel like you’re betraying yourself.
Take a second and ask: WHAT ARE MY TOP 3 VALUES?
Examples of values include: Time, relationships, financial freedom, helping others, nourishing the body/health, travel, animal welfare, etc.
My top value is PEACE. Peace of mind, peace in my heart, peace in my environment. If a situation or relationship causes me to lose this peace, I re-evaluate the need for it in my life.
So, ask yourself:
Is the way I’m living my life reflecting my top 3 values (or at least my top value)?
If the answer is “No!” you have a clear starting point for making changes.
